By browsing this website, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the store. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.

We take care to describe our products — including the NovelleX smart ring and related accessories — as accurately as possible. However, product images, colours, and specifications are provided for general guidance and may differ slightly from the actual item. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to update product information at any time without prior notice.

All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate of 15% as required in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is only accepted once we confirm it. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in cases including, but not limited to:

• The product is out of stock or unavailable.
• A pricing or product description error is identified.
• We are unable to verify the order or delivery details.
• We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods offered at checkout. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Orders are processed only after payment is successfully received or, where offered, upon delivery.

Delivery timelines, fees, and coverage are described in our Shipping Policy. While we work to meet estimated delivery times, these are estimates and not guarantees, as some factors are outside our control.

Returns, refunds, and warranty coverage are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy and Warranty, which form part of these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovelleX shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising in connection with them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
