Warranty

NovelleX provides a 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a covered defect appears, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion, at no cost to you.

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
• Hardware faults that occur under normal, intended use.
• Functional failures not caused by misuse or accident.

• Accidental damage, drops, crushing, or impact.
• Water or liquid damage beyond the product's stated resistance.
• Normal cosmetic wear, such as minor scratches or fading.
• Damage from misuse, unauthorised repair, or modification.
• Loss or theft of the product.
• Consumable or wear parts beyond their expected lifespan.

To start a warranty claim, message us on WhatsApp at +966 55 764 5648 with your order number, a description of the issue, and — where possible — photos or a short video showing the problem. Our team will assess the claim and walk you through the repair or replacement process.

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
