Returns & Refund Policy

1. 30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
- In its original packaging, with all accessories and inserts included.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that show signs of use or that are returned damaged or incomplete may not qualify for a full refund.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
4. How to start a return
To initiate a return, message us on WhatsApp at +966 59 654 4166 with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will confirm eligibility and guide you through the next steps, including where to send the item.
Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns received without prior coordination may be delayed.
5. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you. Manufacturing defects may also be covered under our Warranty.
