Shipping Policy
We deliver NovelleX quickly and reliably across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with delivery available throughout the GCC.

1. Delivery coverage
We ship to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Delivery to other GCC countries — including the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman — is also available. For GCC orders, additional shipping fees and customs duties may apply and delivery times may be longer.
2. Shipping fees
- FREE shipping on all orders over SAR 500 within Saudi Arabia.
- A flat shipping fee of SAR 30 applies to orders under SAR 500.
- GCC shipping fees are calculated based on destination and shown at checkout.
3. Processing & dispatch
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive details to track your delivery.
4. Delivery times
Within Saudi Arabia, most orders arrive within a few business days of dispatch, with major cities typically receiving deliveries fastest. Delivery times for GCC destinations vary depending on the courier and customs clearance. Please note that delivery estimates are not guarantees, as some factors are outside our control.
5. Order issues
